Service Scope
APRX performs only the services, features, deliverables, and support items that are approved in writing, quoted, or placed into a signed customer agreement.
These terms describe the general rules, service expectations, billing conditions, and customer responsibilities that apply when working with APRX Digital Solutions.
These terms apply to work, support, customer portal access, and hosted services provided through aprxdigital.com.
APRX Digital Solutions provides website design, website redesign, web app development, hosting, maintenance, business email setup, basic SEO setup, and related digital support as agreed in writing with each client.
Project-specific terms may also appear in a signed customer contract. If a signed contract includes more specific project terms, that signed agreement controls for that customer relationship.
APRX performs only the services, features, deliverables, and support items that are approved in writing, quoted, or placed into a signed customer agreement.
Customers are responsible for supplying required business information, content, approvals, branding assets, and timely communication needed to move a project forward.
Fees, deposits, monthly charges, and other payment terms are set per customer. Work may be paused or hosted services may be limited if invoices are unpaid.
If APRX hosts or maintains a website, APRX may manage the environment, updates, and related systems in the way needed to keep the service stable and secure.
APRX does not guarantee rankings, revenue, or business results. Services are provided to support a stronger online presence and better digital operations, not to promise a specific outcome.
Reasonable revisions within the agreed scope may be included, while major changes or new features may require a new quote.
Use rights for completed work depend on the agreed payment terms and any third-party systems, licenses, or hosted platform limits involved in the project.
Customer portal access is limited to the authorized account holder and may be suspended if the portal is misused or billing falls out of good standing.
APRX is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages, and service decisions remain subject to the written agreement between APRX and the customer.
